In recent years,the water quality of the Poyang Lake shows a continuous downtrend.On December 12,2009,the State Council formally appoved the planning of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone,and large-scale development and construction have been launched in the area ever since.We should make all kinds of preparations beforehand,cmply with the overall layout of the tax reform,meet the environmental requirements of the public,break the rent-seeking interests chain of the environmental protection departments,and make full use of the economic means to pilot water pollution tax,so as to rectify the external non-economical factors,highlight the environmental justice,and achieve the sustainable development of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone.
