企业要建立CIO机制,首先就离不开一个能够真正担当这一职务的管理者。时代在不断地变化,企业在发展中需要一个能谋善变的IT当家人来驾驭信息系统,帮助企业劈荆斩棘。同时,这个管理者不能像目前很多信息主管那样,只是企业实现某些战略的“工具”,而必须转变思路,将自己视为企业的主人。
