该文对Nrf2信号通路结构与作用及其在重金属锰、汞、镉、铅中毒发生过程中的调控作用进行综述,为重金属中毒防治提供新思路.“,”Recently,heavy metals have been one of the most concerned toxitants of the environmental pollution, which do harm to apparatus and tissue of individual.Oxidative damage is one of the mechanisms of heavy metal poisoning.Nuclear factorerythroid 2-related factor2 (Nrf2) is a kind of transcription factor with the function of antioxidation. It can promote the transcription of a variety of antioxidant enzymes and remove excess free radicals by recognizing and binding to the antioxidant response element(ARE),which plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of heavy metal toxicity. This review will focus on the structure and function of Nrf2 signaling pathway,as well as its regulatory effect on the process of manganese, mercury, cadmium and lead poisoning,in order to provide a new method to prevent heavy metal toxication.
