目前我们油田注水井的计量,采用孔板压差式双波纹管流量计,此流量计在流量范围、计量误差,以及使用寿命等方面都还存在一定的问题,不适应当前我国石油工业发展的需要,尤其不便实现生产自动化。我们基于能够找到一种适合油田特点的新型注水计量仪表的想法,于75年下半年开始了旋环流量计的研制工作。经过一年多的室内及现场试验,设计出日排量为150方的 XH-25型及日排量为500方的 XH-40型两种规格的旋环流量计,并在现场3个配水间5口注水井上进行了生产试用,取得了较好的效果。仪
