骨髓及脾细胞体外培养中加不同浓度人参蜂王浆后培养8~12天,计数基质祖细胞集落(CFU-F)数。发现实验组形成的CFU-F小型集落明显高于对照组。培养1Gy照射的骨髓细胞,加入3.10~(-1)~3.10~(-3)g/ml人参蜂王浆后,细胞呈融合生长,认为人参蜂王浆对骨髓和脾细胞体外培养形成的小型CFU-F有成集落刺激作用,而对大型集落则相反。
Bone marrow and spleen cells were cultured for 8 to 12 days in vitro with different concentrations of ginseng royal jelly, and the number of stromal progenitor cell colonies (CFU-F) was counted. It was found that the CFU-F small colonies formed in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. After culturing 1Gy irradiated bone marrow cells and adding 3.10~(-1) to 3.10~(3)g/ml ginseng royal jelly, the cells showed fusion growth, and it was considered that the ginseng royal jelly had a small CFU-F formed by in vitro culture of bone marrow and spleen cells.
