培训在提高员工的基本知识,专业素养和专业理论素养等方面起到了重要作用,从而为企业创造了更大更多的工作效率,增强了企业的竞争优势。培训计划是相对于专业技能培训制定的一系列培训理念、方案。目前,我国企业员工的培训还是有一些问题。针对培训体制和培训的效果,我们应该采取多方面的措施来优化和提高。在本文中,以国有企业为例,针对在职人员的特点和培训存在的问题进行分析,并对其培训的问题和漏洞提出相应的对策,得出结论,员工培训是企业最重要的人力资本投资,同时说明对投资员工培训的理论与实践具有积极作用。
