本文针对马钢300m~3级高炉近年来冶炼不断强化,炉衬破损加剧,炉龄寿命缩短的问题,提出了由不定形耐火材料喷铸层——氮化硅结合发化硅砖——带燕尾槽冷却壁所构成的衬、壁复合式薄壁炉体结构方案。阐述了该方案的设计构思,论证了该方案的先进性和技术成熟可靠性,以及采用该设计方案预期的经济效益。
In this paper, in view of the problems of continuous strengthening of smelting, increasing of lining damage and shortening of furnace life in recent years in Masteel 300m ~ 3 blast furnace, Tank cooling wall consisting of liner, wall composite thin-walled furnace structure program. The design concept of the scheme is expounded, the advanced and mature technology reliability of the scheme is demonstrated, and the expected economic benefits of the scheme are demonstrated.
