随着市场经济的发展国家有关部门颁布了“营改增”的相关策略,目前该策略已经在全国各个试点开始落实.作为我国第一大产业建筑企业也引来了自己的改革,这一变化带给企业新机会的同时也带来了很多挑战。建筑施工企业必须做好准备工作。本文笔者根据多年的实践经验,针对水电施工企业的特点,提出了具体的改革方案,旨在推动施工企业可持续发展。
With the development of the market economy, relevant state departments have promulgated the relevant strategy of “changing the battalion into the capital and increasing the number of subsidies.” At present, the strategy has been implemented in all pilot projects across the country. As the largest industrial construction enterprise in China, it has also brought its own reforms. A change brings new opportunities for the business but also brings many challenges. Construction companies must be prepared. Based on many years of practical experience, the author of this paper puts forward specific reform proposals aiming at the characteristics of hydropower construction enterprises so as to promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
