本文介绍一台微机化多功能电化学分析仪的硬件设计和软件结构。仪器采用高速数据采集系统,快速自动量程检测电路和模拟开关控制,并采用断续扫描技术以提高重叠伏安峰的分辨率。仪器能以控电位模式或控电流模式工作,完成(多扫描)电位溶出和计时电位溶出法实验。仪器的软件功能较为丰富,并可按实际试验需要更改软件。文中还讨论了断续方波溶出技术及多扫描电位溶出技术等的应用和开发。
This article describes a computerized multi-functional electrochemical analyzer hardware design and software structure. The instrument uses high-speed data acquisition system, rapid automatic range detection circuit and analog switch control, and the use of intermittent scanning technology to improve the resolution of overlapping voltammetric peak. Instrument can control the potential mode or current mode of operation, to complete (multi-scan) potential dissolution and chronopotentiometry dissolution experiment. Instrument software features more abundant, and according to the actual test needs to change the software. The article also discusses the application and development of intermittent square wave dissolution technology and multi-scan potential stripping technology.
