研究影响正红菇RL1菌株生长的环境条件，结果表明其菌丝生长的最适温度为30．10℃；最适pH5．85；最适光照度为319．89lx，但黑暗下也能正常生长；对NaCl的耐受力中等；最适固体基质水分含量为60％，菌丝生长好氧。据此研究制备了两种较理想的菌剂，即“液体种”和“棉子壳固体种”。
The results showed that the optimal temperature for mycelial growth was 30.10 ℃, the optimum pH was 5.85 and the optimum illumination was 319.89lx, but the growth was also normal in the dark. Medium tolerance to NaCl; the optimum solid substrate moisture content of 60%, mycelium growth aerobic. According to this study, two kinds of better antibacterial agents were prepared, namely “liquid species” and “cotton seed shell solid species.”
