目的探讨鼻内镜手术在治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效。方法对58例非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎患者行鼻内镜手术、窦内病变清除术,彻底清除鼻腔、鼻窦病灶,创造鼻窦宽敞的通气和引流,冲洗鼻窦,并定期行鼻内镜检查。结果随访0.5～2年,治愈50例,复发8例。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis. Methods 58 cases of non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery, removal of sinus lesions, complete removal of nasal cavity and sinus lesions, to create a spacious ventilation and drainage of the sinus, sinus rinse, and regular endoscopic sinus surgery . Results Follow-up 0.5 to 2 years, 50 cases were cured and 8 cases relapsed. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is an effective treatment for non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis.
