本文介绍了脉冲清洗技术及其原理,在综合文献资料的基础上探讨了影响脉冲清洗效能的因素,并提出了提高脉冲清洗效能的建议。膜技术是近几十年迅速发展起来的高效分离技术,因其常温操作、过程简单、能耗低等优点,已广泛应用于石化、轻工、纺织、冶金、食品、医药、电子等工业领域。由于浓差极化和膜污染造成膜的渗透通量下降,当污染严重时将使膜分离过程无法进行,因此,在使用过程中多采用常规的水力清洗(正洗、清洗)和化学清洗以改善和恢复膜通量,但频繁的清洗将耗费大量的水和化学药剂,同时占用了大量的时间,影响正常操作。脉冲清洗(或称高频清洗)是一种有效的控制膜污染的技术,能够及时对膜进行在线清洗。它由反冲洗技术发展而来,近年来在化工生产中已有应用,在水处理中也已经开始了应用研究。
