提出了一种新的富集测定白酒中挥发性酚类的离子交换—衍生化气相色谱法。酒样调 pH 值为12.5,用大孔阴离子交换树脂柱富集酚类,以盐酸—丙酮洗脱,洗脱液用二氯甲烷萃取并浓缩后,经五氟苄基溴衍生化,衍生物以30m SE-54毛细管柱色谱分离和电子捕获检测器检测。该法灵敏、干扰少、回收率高、定量结果准确。用此法测定了6种白酒中的10种酚类化合物,含量为0.02~1.15ppm,变异系数为4%~29%。
A new ion exchange-derivatization gas chromatography method for the determination of volatile phenols in liquor was proposed. The liquor sample has a pH value of 12.5. The phenols are enriched with a macroporous anion exchange resin column and eluted with hydrochloric acid-acetone. The eluate is extracted with dichloromethane and concentrated, and then derivatized with pentafluorobenzyl bromide. It was detected by a 30m SE-54 capillary column chromatographic separation and electron capture detector. The method is sensitive, less interference, high recovery, accurate quantitative results. Using this method, 10 kinds of phenolic compounds in 6 kinds of white spirits were determined, and the content was 0.02 to 1.15 ppm, and the coefficient of variation was 4% to 29%.
