在国外、国内经济发展环境发生深刻变化的背景下,如何促进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设“五位一体”全面协调发展,是一个现实又难解的课题。本文通过分析中国经济发展面临问题和需求要素,提出在收入分配、城镇化、财政政策、消费政策等方面推动消费主导经济发展,加快经济发展方式转变。 Under the background of profound changes in the economic development environment in other countries and abroad, how to promote the overall and coordinated development of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization is a realistic and intractable task . By analyzing the problems and demand elements of China’s economic development, this paper proposes to promote the consumption-led economic development in terms of income distribution, urbanization, fiscal policy and consumer policy so as to speed up the transformation of economic development mode.
