随着沥青混凝土路面力学-经验设计和分析方法的发展,路面材料参数的研究显得越来越重要。本研究利用MTS材料试验系统对ATPB-25和ATPB-30两种沥青混合料进行了动态模量试验测试。试验测试中,根据ATPB型沥青混合料所处的温度环境设定了不同的测试温度和加载频率。并根据动态模量测试的结果,生成了该型沥青混合料全时域动态模量主曲线,以及相对应的主曲线方程。这些试验研究不仅为含有透水基层(ATPB)的沥青混凝土路面结构优化设计和性能分析预测提供了高质量的参数,同时也为沥青混合料材料参数的动态测试与分析奠定了良好基础。
With the development of asphalt concrete pavement mechanics-experience design and analysis methods, pavement material parameters research is more and more important. In this study, the dynamic modulus test of two asphalt mixtures, ATPB-25 and ATPB-30, was carried out by MTS material test system. In the test, different test temperature and loading frequency are set according to the temperature environment of ATPB asphalt mixture. Based on the results of the dynamic modulus test, the full-range dynamic modulus master curve of the asphalt mixture and the corresponding main curve equation are generated. These experimental studies not only provide high quality parameters for the optimization design and performance analysis and prediction of asphalt pavement structure with permeable base layer (ATPB), but also lay a good foundation for the dynamic testing and analysis of asphalt mixture material parameters.
