员工是现代企业生存及发展的基本资源。对国有企业而言,一个良好的员工激励制度是其摆脱经营困难、获取发展动力的重要保障。首先分析了国有企业员工激励的中存在的问题,主要包括激励形式单一、激励公平性欠缺以及激励机制程序科学性不足等方面。在此基础上,讨论了强化国有企业员工激励的措施。本文认为,应该从员工激励制度公平性、针对性以及实际效果等层面予以考量。
Employees are the basic resources for the survival and development of modern enterprises. For state-owned enterprises, a good employee incentive system is an important guarantee for getting rid of business difficulties and gaining momentum for development. First of all, it analyzes the problems existing in the incentives of the employees of state-owned enterprises, mainly including aspects such as single incentive forms, lack of incentive fairness, and lack of incentive mechanism scientific procedures. On this basis, the measures to strengthen employee incentives in state-owned enterprises were discussed. This article believes that consideration should be given to the fairness, pertinence, and actual effect of the employee incentive system.
