骨巨细胞瘤是一种常见的具有较强侵袭性的原发性骨肿瘤，术后复发率高，部分恶变甚至转移。桡骨远端是其多发部位，占全身骨巨细胞瘤的10％[1]。我院自1986年～1993年共收治桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤20例，其中13例行瘤段骨切除同侧带蒂尺骨移植重建桡腕关节术治疗桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤 Giant cell tumor of bone is a common and highly invasive primary bone tumor with a high postoperative recurrence rate, partial malignant transformation, and even metastasis. The distal radius is its multiple sites, accounting for 10% of all giant cell tumors of the bone [1]. In our hospital, 20 cases of giant cell tumor of distal radius were treated from 1986 to 1993. Among them, 13 cases of tumor resection and ipsilateral pedicled ulna reconstruction were used to treat giant cell tumor of distal radius.
