目的:探讨精氨酸酶Ⅰ(ArgⅠ)rs2781666 G/T基因型与中重度慢性牙周炎(MSP)、冠心病(CHD)易感性的关系。方法:收集MSP患者50例(MSP组)、CHD患者46例(CHD组)、MSP伴CHD患者42例(MSP+CHD组)与50例同族健康对照组(HC)的颊黏膜拭子,提取DNA,采用聚合酶反应-限制性片段长度多态性法(PCR-PFLP)对ArgⅠrs2781666 G/T位点的基因型进行检测,比较其在4组间检出率的差别。结果:ArgⅠrs2781666等位基因T在CHD组中的检出率显著高于健康组,在其余各组间无统计学意义。结论:ArgⅠrs2781666等位基因T可能是CHD的一个易感基因。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Arg Ⅰ rs2781666 G / T genotype and the susceptibility to chronic moderate periodontitis (MSP) and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Fifty patients with MSP (MSP group), 46 CHD patients (CHD group), 42 MSP CHD patients (MSP + CHD group) and 50 healthy volunteers (HC group) DNA, genotypes of Arg Irs2781666 G / T locus were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-PFLP), and the differences in the detection rates among the four groups were compared. Results: The detection rate of Arg Ⅰ rs2781666 allele T in CHD group was significantly higher than that in healthy group, and there was no significant difference among the other groups. Conclusion: Arg Ⅰ rs2781666 allele T may be a susceptible gene of CHD.
