目的 对脑性瘫痪 (CP)儿垂体甲状腺轴功能进行探讨。方法 采用放射免疫方法检测 40例 0~ 3岁 CP婴幼儿血清中血清促甲状腺素 (TT3)、血清总甲状腺素 (TT4)、血清游离 T3(FT3)、血清游离 T4(FT4)、血清反三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (γ Ts)水平。结果 CP婴幼儿 TSH水平低于正常同龄对照组,有显著性差异 (P< 0.05), TT3、γ Ts与正常同龄对照组之间无显著性差异 (P< 0.05)。结论 CP婴幼儿垂体甲状腺功能低下,甲状腺的低功能状态可能是 CP儿童发育落后的因素之一,并与脑发育之间可能存在更复杂的关系。
Objective To investigate the function of pituitary thyroid axis in cerebral palsy (CP). Methods The levels of serum thyroxine (TT3), serum total thyroxine (TT4), serum free T3 (FT3), serum free T4 (FT4), serum anti - Iodine thyroid acid (γ Ts) levels. Results The level of TSH in infants with CP was lower than that in normal controls (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between TT3 and γ Ts and normal controls (P <0.05). Conclusions The hypothyroidism of hypothyroidism in hypothyroidism and the hypothyroidism of CP may be one of the factors that underdeveloped the development of CP children and may have a more complex relationship with brain development.
