在遵照国家与卫生部颁发的实验动物标准中制定的整套鼠肺霉形体检验程序的基础上,对部份细节加以改动,亦即在规定接种半固体培养基的同时,增加液体培养基培养。结果,对2个普通级大鼠群的阳性检出率从17.5%(7/40)提高到75%(30/40)。对用半固体培养法阳性检出率为0(0/90)的3个普通级小鼠群,液体培养法也检出3例阳性。表明液体培养法可使肺霉形体阳性检出率有明显的提高;如将初代半固体培养物直接接种到液体培养基,省去在半固体培养基中的盲传,同样可提高敏感性。
Based on the entire set of laboratory tests for the development of M. pneumoniae developed in the standards of laboratory animals issued by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Health, changes were made to some of the details, namely the addition of liquid culture medium while regulating the inoculation of semi-solid media. As a result, the positive detection rate of the two ordinary rat groups increased from 17.5% (7/40) to 75% (30/40). In the three common-level mouse populations with positive detection rate of 0 (0/90) in the semi-solid culture method, three were positive in the liquid culture method. It shows that liquid culture method can significantly improve the detection rate of pulmonary mold; for example, direct inoculation of the first generation of semi-solid culture into the liquid medium eliminates the blind transmission in the semi-solid medium and also improves the sensitivity.
