基于导游业务隐性知识显性化教学对策研究

“导游业务”是旅游管理专业中的重要实践性课程,不仅需要具备相关理论知识和技能,还需要从技巧性隐性知识的教学中来获得相应能力。隐性知识显性化教学作为“导游业务”课程教学的重要组成部分,如社交能力,不仅需要敏锐的洞察力、分析力,还要从现代旅游行业发展上,强调对客服务与协同好客户关系等能力,即代表着个人的言谈举止、接物待人的水平,也反映了企业的整体形象。因此,隐性知识的分类以及在提升旅游专业能力的主导作用上,就隐性知识显性化教学模式进行探讨,并提出有效的改进方法。 “Guide business ” is an important practical course in tourism management major. It not only needs to have relevant theoretical knowledge and skills, but also needs to acquire the corresponding ability from the teaching of tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge explicit teaching, as an important part of the teaching of “guide business” course, such as social skills requires not only keen insight and analytical skills but also emphasis on customer service and coordination in the development of modern tourism industry Good customer relations and other abilities, that is, on behalf of the individual’s speech and deportment, to treat people’s level, but also reflects the overall image of the enterprise. Therefore, the classification of tacit knowledge and the leading role of promoting tourism professional ability are discussed on the explicit teaching mode of tacit knowledge, and the effective improvement methods are put forward.
