香子兰[Vanilla fragrans(Salisb.)Ames(V.planifolia Andr.)]是我所引种场60年代初首次从国外引入试种,并获得玻璃室栽培成功的一种有价值的兰科香料作物。随着试种面积和产量的增加,果荚(植物学上称为蒴果)加工工艺的研究就日趋重要。况且,果荚加工的好坏直接影响到香成份的含量和商品的外观及其价格。因此,各国的香子兰种植者都十分重视加工工艺的研究,但国内尚未见到有关这方面的研究报道。目前
