日本的民间企业是推动日本科技进步和社会、经济发展的主要力量。民间企业的研究开发经费约占全国科研经费的75％,了解和掌握民间企业的研究开发动向是政府制定科技政策的重要依据,对振兴科技有着极其重要的意义。 日本科技厅科技政策局每年对民间企业进行一次关于研究开发活动的调查,主要做法如下:
Japan’s private companies are the main force driving Japan’s scientific and technological progress and social and economic development. The research and development funds of private enterprises account for about 75% of the national research funds. Understanding and mastering the research and development trends of private enterprises is an important basis for the government to formulate science and technology policies, and it is of great significance to the revitalization of science and technology.
