目的探讨孕妇妊娠期糖尿病对新生儿心脏解剖结构的影响。方法对30例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及30例血糖监测正常的孕妇所分娩的新生儿于生后1周内进行超声心动图检查,观察其心脏解剖结构,评价妊娠期糖尿病对新生儿心脏的影响。结果妊娠期糖尿病孕妇所分娩的新生儿室间隔厚度明显大于血糖正常孕妇所分娩的新生儿(P<0.05),并且前者所生育的新生儿心脏畸形的发生率明显高于后者所生育的新生儿。结论孕妇妊娠期糖尿病可对新生儿的心脏解剖结构的变化造成较大影响,对孕早期进行血糖监测可减少新生儿心脏畸形的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on cardiac anatomy in neonates. Methods Thirty newborns with gestational diabetes mellitus and 30 normal pregnant women with normal glucose monitoring were examined by echocardiography within one week after birth. The anatomy of the heart was observed and the effect of gestational diabetes on the newborn heart was evaluated. Results The thickness of interventricular septum of newborns delivered by pregnant women with gestational diabetes was significantly greater than that of normal pregnant women (P <0.05), and the incidence of neonatal cardiac malformations in the former was significantly higher than that of the latter child. Conclusion Gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnant women may have a great impact on the changes of cardiac anatomy of newborns. Monitoring blood glucose in early pregnancy may reduce the incidence of cardiac malformation in neonates.
