《周敦颐的“莲荷”风骨》一文云:“曾几何时,莲荷已经成为中国传统‘和文化’的象征了,其中含有关于儒、道、佛‘三位一体’的美妙比喻。”(见《语文学习》2011年第10期)根据前文所举南朝傅大士的例子和本句中的副词“已经”推断,作者所要表达的意思应该是莲荷在很久以前便具有了某种象征的意味。但是文中的“曾几何时”却恰恰与这种意思的表达产生了抵牾,因为它与“曾经”、“很久以前”根本扯不上关系。“曾几何时”这个成语出自韩愈的五言长诗《东都遇春》,诗中云:“尔来曾几时,白发忽满镜。”意思是说,从盛气狂放的少年到现在,好像没过多久似的,可是,忽然间却发现自己已经满
