在煤矿井下环境恶劣、干扰严重的情况下 ,对运输机械滚动轴承的故障诊断应采用加速度传感器以高频共振解调技术进行振动监测最为可行、有效。通过现场测试总结并提出了一种易损减速器滚动轴承的故障诊断判据。
