“要活动,要游戏是儿童的天性”。少年儿童脑子好想,想得出奇,并蕴育着无限的创造力。把少年儿童组织起来,只是手段,不是目的,而少先队的“活动”正是培养少年儿童树立创造的志向,增长才干,全面育人的广阔“课堂”。“活动”是少先队组织的生命。“活动”越生动活泼,它的生命力就越强。“活动”越丰富多彩,它的号召力就越大。“活动”越有教育性、自主性和实践性,越能团结广大少年儿童;“活动”越有趣味性,越能吸引孩子们,队的组织就越有朝气。越能使少年儿童的创造力得到发挥,体力得到锻炼,欲望得到满足。”寓教育于活动之中,寓创造于活动之中,让广大少年儿童在队的“活动”中“树理想,学创造,长才干”是新时期少先队工作的成功经验。
“To play, it is a child’s nature to play.” The children’s brains think well, want to be amazing, and have unlimited creativity. Organizing children and youths is only a means, not an end, and the “activities” of the Young Pioneers are the broad “classrooms” that foster the aspirations of children and young people to create creativity, increase their talents, and educate people in an all-round way. “Activity” is the life of Young Pioneers. The more active and lively the “activity” is, the stronger its vitality will be. The more colorful and “active”, the greater its appeal. The more “educated” the activity is, the more autonomous and practical it is, the more able it is to unite the majority of children and youth; the more interesting the “activities” are, the more appealing the children are, and the more vigour the team’s organization will be. The more the children’s creativity can be brought into play, the more physical strength is exercised, and the desire is satisfied. “Embedding education in activities and creating them in activities, so that the majority of children and youth in the team’s “activities” in the “tree ideals, learning to create, long-term talents” is the successful experience of the work of the Young Pioneers in the new era.
