根据链箅机-回转窑球团采用成品生球带式输送机+摆动皮带+宽皮带+辊式布料器+溜料板组成的布料系统,介绍其布料原理。实际生产中,链箅机布料存在布料不均、影响箅板使用寿命等问题,分析摆动皮带、宽皮带、辊式布料器、溜料板引起布料不均的原因。对均匀布料进行研究,实现布料设备紧凑组合、降低工程投资。阐述摆动皮带的工作原理,得出摆动皮带的摆动结构自身不对称是造成链箅机箅床左右料层不均的根本原因。针对摆动皮带自身结构引起的布料不对称问题展开算法研究,设计合理的摆动皮带运行轨迹。正确选择溜料板的合理角度和分离点,实现均匀布料。 According to the chain machine - rotary kiln pellets using finished ball conveyor belt + swing belt + wide belt + roller distributor + slip board composition of the cloth system, describes the principle of its cloth. Describing the working principle of the swinging belt, it is concluded that the swinging structure of the swinging belt itself is not symmetrical, which is the root cause of the uneven material distribution in the chain bed. Aiming at the problem of fabric asymmetry caused by the structure of the swinging belt itself, an algorithm is developed to design a reasonable running path of the swinging belt. Correct choice of material reasonable angle and separation points to achieve uniform cloth.
