传统的体育教学模式无法适应高等职业教育的发展,它忽略了学生的主体性。而体育俱乐部自主的教学模式充分发挥学生的主体性和创造性,利于激发和培养学生锻炼身体的兴趣与爱好,促进学生形成终身体育锻炼的良好习惯。作者根据我院实际情况,从组织机构、师资队伍、管理制度等方面阐述,构建我院体育俱乐部教学的运行机制,以保证我院俱乐部教学的顺利开展和实施。 The traditional sports teaching mode can not adapt to the development of higher vocational education, it ignores the students’ subjectivity. However, the independent teaching mode of sports club gives full play to students’ subjectivity and creativity, which helps to stimulate and cultivate the students’ interest and hobby in physical exercise and promotes students’ good habit of forming lifelong physical exercise. According to the actual situation of our college, the author elaborates from the aspects of organization, faculty, management system and so on, and constructs the running mechanism of sports club teaching in our college so as to ensure the smooth running and implementation of club teaching in our college.
