目的对茜草科植物华钩藤[Uncaria sinensis(Oliv.)Havil.]的干燥带钩茎枝的黄酮类化学成分进行研究。方法用体积分数95%乙醇对华钩藤的干燥带钩茎枝进行提取,分别对乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位采用各种柱色谱进行分离,通过NMR和MS等波谱学数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了5个黄酮类化合物的结构:槲皮素(quercetin,1),山柰酚(kaempferol,2),蒙花苷(linarin,3),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranside,4),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-galactopyranoside,5)。结论化合物1~5均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the flavonoid constituents of the stems and stems of the dry band of Uncaria sinensis (Oliv.) Havil. Methods The stems and branches of the dried hooked hookhog were extracted with 95% ethanol by volume. The ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions were separated by various column chromatographies. The structures were identified by NMR and MS spectroscopic data. Results The structures of five flavonoids were isolated and identified: quercetin (1), kaempferol (2), linarin (3), quercetin-3-O-β-D Quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranside (4), quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-galactoside (quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-galactopyranoside, 5). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
