离子选择性电极在生物医学的某些领域中已得到成功的运用,但其对毛发中氟的测定尚未见有报道。人的毛发是由纤维性角蛋白组成,是人体微量元素的排泄途径之一,在职业性中毒的研究中,代表着组织内的残留或代谢状况。由于毛发代谢活性底,微量元素十分稳定,与其它生物样品相比,有着采样、保存和重复测定方便等优点。我们采用醋酸镁作为固定剂,高温灰化头发样品、经溶解后加入TISAB、用氟电极测定可得到满意结果。
Ion-selective electrodes have been successfully used in some areas of biomedicine, but their determination of fluorine in hair has not been reported yet. Human hair is composed of fibrous keratin, is one of the human trace elements excretion pathway, in the study of occupational poisoning, representing the organization’s residual or metabolic status. Due to the metabolic activity of hair bottom, trace elements are very stable, compared with other biological samples, with sampling, preservation and repeated determination of convenience. We use magnesium acetate as a fixative, high temperature ashing gray hair samples, dissolved by adding TISAB, with fluorine electrode determination can be satisfactory results.
