德都县水利钻井队使用的是上海探矿机械厂制造的SPT—300型水文水井钻机。过去这种钻机上的钻头,用过六翼和四翼刮刀式和三牙轮钻头,也用过玉米式钻头,其钻井效果都不佳。经多次试验,他们摸索出用三翼刮刀引向式钻头的钻井方法,既大大提高了钻进速度,又保证了井孔垂直度。按纯钻时间计算,钻150米深、孔径490毫米的井孔,只用80左右个小时即可。这种钻头
