为提高从事粉体工程科研、教学、生产技术人业务素质,推进工厂自动化水平的提高。在日本三协电业(株)社长渡边金之助先生一行二人访华期间,应天津市硅酸盐学会邀请,十月二十日至十月二十一日来津进行为期二天的学术交流与讲座活动。渡边金之助先生早年毕业于名古屋大学一直从事粉体工程的研究与测试仪器的设计制造,并获有专利产品,是日本粉体协会副委员长、(工学博士)发表粉体研究方面的论文多篇,造诣颇深。
