目的了解高青县居民2014年的死亡率和主要死因,为疾病综合防治提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法分析高青县2014年死亡监测数据。结果 2014年高青县监测人口368 024人,全死因死亡2 494例,总死亡率为677.67/10万,其中男性184 468人,女性183 556人。粗死亡率为677.67/10万。男性居民死亡1 388例,粗死亡率为752.43/10万;女性死亡数为1 106例,粗死亡率为602.54/10万(P<0.01);男女死亡率之比为1.25∶1。前5位死因依次是循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤中毒、内分泌系统疾病。结论循环系统疾病、肿瘤等慢性非传染性成为高青县居民死亡的主要原因。
Objective To understand the mortality and major causes of death of residents in Gaoqing County in 2014, and provide a scientific basis for comprehensive disease prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the 2014 death monitoring data in Gaoqing County. Results In 2014, a total of 368,024 people were monitored in Gaoqing County. There were 2 494 deaths from all causes and the total death rate was 677.67 / 100 000, including 184 468 males and 183 556 females. Crude death rate was 677.67 / 100,000. There were 1 388 male deaths, with a crude death rate of 752.43 / 100,000; the number of female deaths was 1 106 and the crude death rate was 602.54 / 100,000 (P <0.01). The ratio of male and female deaths was 1.25: 1. The top five causes of death were circulatory system diseases, tumors, respiratory diseases, injuries and endocrine diseases. Conclusion The chronic non-communicable diseases and tumors have become the main cause of death in Gaoqing County.
