中国城市科学研究会历史文化名城委员会5月25日就印发《昆明宣言》,向各历史文化名城发出通知。通知说,1999年10月30日中国城市科学研究会历史文化名城委员会99年会原则通过的《昆明宣言 The China City Science Research Association Historical and Cultural City Committee issued the “Kunming Declaration” on May 25 and issued notices to various historical and cultural cities.
