胜利石油管理局现有职工187218人,下设65个二级单位(县级),1020个三级单位(乡镇级),3495个基层小队和21139个基层班组。如何抓好基层民主管理工作,尊重广大职工的民主权利,在企业重大问题上实现“源头”参与,这是各级工会组织迫切需要探讨和解决的重大课题。近年来,胜利石油管理局工会注意在建立和完善基层民主管理制度上下功夫,推行“三会、三评、三公开”的基层民主管理机制,规范了基层民主管理工作,收到了良好效果。
Shengli Petroleum Administration has 182,718 employees and has 65 second-level units (county level), 1020 third-level units (township level), 3495 grassroots units and 21139 grassroots units. How to do a good job in grassroots democratic management, respect for the democratic rights of the broad masses of workers and the realization of “source” participation in major enterprise issues is an important issue urgently needed to be explored and solved by trade union organizations at all levels. In recent years, the labor unions of Shengli Petroleum Administration have paid attention to implementing the grass-roots democratic management mechanism of “three meetings, three assessments and three openness” in establishing and improving the grass-roots democratic management system, and standardized the grassroots democratic management and received good results.
