当前群体性事件的发生是我国经济和社会发展变革过程中各种问题和矛盾的综合反映,层出不穷的群体性事件,其背后反映的本质是什么?如何从根本上解决社会稳定问题?通过从法理学的角度进行剖析,概括群体性事件的本质、特点,分析群体性事件的经济成因和法理本质,以期找出根源并寻求解决之途径。
The current mass incidents are the comprehensive reflection of various problems and contradictions in the process of economic and social development and changes in our country. The mass incidents that emerge in an endless stream are reflected in the essence behind them. How to solve the problem of social stability fundamentally? From the perspective of Neo-Confucianism, this article summarizes the essence and characteristics of mass incidents, analyzes the economic causes and legal essence of mass incidents, in order to find the root causes and seek solutions.
