偏头痛目前尚无完好的治疗方法。我们用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶(辽卫准字92—2428—161号,沈阳光大制药厂)治疗34例偏头痛患者,结果报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 临床资料 因为偏头痛诊断尚无统一标准,我们使用Rose氏标准,凡符合下例条件者列入研究对象:反复发作性头痛,间歇期完全正常。且具备下列条件中二条者:(1)头痛时伴有恶心,(2)偏侧头痛,(3)有类似头痛的家族病史,(4)局部症状,例如:视觉症状包括闪光、暗点、异彩、视幻觉,偏盲),偏身麻木,轻偏(?),言语障碍及基底动脉缺血的症状。男性15例、女39例。年龄18～43岁,平均26.7±7.8岁。所有患者病程(?)～18年之间。发作频率每月超过3次,每次头痛时间在4h至3d。所有患者无出血倾向,头颅CT无异常 Migraine is currently no perfect treatment.
