在新的形势背景下,企业一般都会对员工进行相关的培训,提高员工的工作效率。差异性是客观存在的,因此,企业在培训中一定要充分尊重差异性特点,树立差异化培训理念。本文从企业的员工培训出发,先分析了差异化培训理念的含义,然后分析了人们在产异化培训理念认识上的误区,最后提出了实施差异化培训的具体措施。
In the context of the new situation, enterprises generally carry out relevant training on employees and improve their work efficiency. Difference is an objective reality, therefore, enterprises in the training must fully respect the characteristics of differences, and establish a differentiated training concept. This paper starts from employee training of enterprises, first analyzes the meaning of differential training concept, then analyzes the misunderstanding of people’s cognition of production alienation training, and finally puts forward the concrete measures to implement differentiated training.
