腐蚀是现代工业中一种重要的破坏因素,是三大失效形式之一,在目前的油田生产过程中,腐蚀所造成的损失也十分巨大。油田开采过程中存在的腐蚀有很多种,其中CO2腐蚀是世界石油工业中一种常见的腐蚀类型,也是困扰油气工业发展的一个极为突出的问题。本文针对油气井钻采过程中的CO2腐蚀问题及其相应井下防腐工艺和措施展开深入的调研和分析,分析了CO2在不同环境条件下对油气井管柱的腐蚀机理,进行了CO2腐蚀的影响因素和影响规律的讨论。
