目的观察康妇消炎栓联合抗生素和微波治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 68例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组给予抗生素用药同时给予康复消炎栓塞肛和微波理疗,对照组给予抗生用药同时仅辅以微波治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.1%,高于对照组的70.6%(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓配合抗生素和微波治疗仪联合治疗,效果显著,是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with antibiotics and microwave treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each. The observation group was treated with antibiotics while convalescent analgesia and microwave therapy, while the control group was treated with antibiotics while only assisted by microwave treatment. Compare the two groups treatment effect. Results The total effective rate was 97.1% in the observation group, which was higher than 70.6% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository with antibiotics and microwave therapy combined treatment, the effect is significant, is an effective method of treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
