本文介绍了本所高分辨率声光偏转技术的最新研究成果.采用TeO_2单晶体作声光介质,大通光孔径结构,研制出了宽频带、高衍射效率、频率分辨率高的高分辨率声光偏转器.器件同采用频率合成技术的高频率稳定度驱动信号源在实际光路中联调,实现了工作光波长632.8nm(He-Ne激光),中心频率70±4MHz,带宽>40MHz,频率分辨率不劣于20kHz,器件的光偏转角度同驱动信号频率呈良好的线性.这一新型的声光技术可用在激光缩微技术,射电天文中的频谱仪,声光侦察接收机,光计算机等方面,其应用前景十分广阔.
