目的探讨提高医院麻醉科医护人员手卫生依从性的干预方法。方法 2015年1-9月采用直接现场观察法、问卷调查、手表面微生物监测对麻醉科医护人员手卫生状况进行调查分析,并采取宣传培训、教育监督、完善洗手设施等干预措施,观察实施干预前后的效果。结果实施手卫生干预措施后,麻醉科医护人员洗手依从性、执行率、手卫生合格率及知晓率较实施前明显提高。结论采取干预措施对提高麻醉科医护人员手卫生依从性,减少院内感染具有重要意义。
Objective To explore intervention methods for improving hand hygiene compliance of hospital anesthesiologists. Methods From January to September of 2015, direct hand observation, questionnaire survey and hand surface microbiological monitoring were conducted to investigate the hand hygiene status of anesthesiologists. Publicity and training, education supervision and improvement of hand washing facilities were also conducted to observe the implementation of intervention Before and after the effect. Results After implementing hand hygiene interventions, the anesthesiologists’ hand hygiene compliance, implementation rate, hand hygiene pass rate and awareness rate were significantly higher than those before implementation. Conclusion It is of great importance to take interventions to improve hand hygiene compliance and reduce nosocomial infection in anesthesiologists.
