测定了不同基因型玉米叶片的主要荧光参数以及田间快速测试技术。结果表明 ,田间对不同基因型玉米的测定暗适应有 5min即可 ,部位以穗上 1叶的中部为宜。我国骨干自交系的Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/F0 有随年代推移而逐渐升高的趋势 ,生育后期表现更为明显 ;不同株型自交系间荧光参数值差异不显著 ;杂交种Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/F0 有明显的超亲优势 ,乳熟期优势率为 - 1.2 %~ 12 .0 % ,并且自交系值高的组配的杂交种也高 ,为预测杂种优势 ,筛选和组配高光能转换效率的组合提供了依据和途径
The main fluorescence parameters of different genotype maize leaves were determined and the field rapid test technique was used. The results showed that the determination of different genotypes of maize in the field could be adapted darkly for 5min, and the middle part of 1 leaf on the ear was suitable. The Fm, Fv / Fm and Fv / F0 of the main inbred lines in China tended to increase gradually with the passage of time, but the latter tended to be more pronounced in later growth period. The difference of fluorescence parameters among different inbred lines was not significant. Fm , Fv / Fm and Fv / F0, respectively. The dominant rate of milk ripening stage was -1.2% ~ 12.0%, and the hybrids with high inbred value were also high. In order to predict the heterosis, The combination of screening and grouping with high light energy conversion efficiency provides the basis and approach
