观众类别分析中宣部、财政部、文化部、国家文物局于2008年1月23日联合下发《关于全国博物馆、纪念馆免费开放的通知》。根据通知,全国各级文化文物部门归口管理的公共博物馆、纪念馆,全国爱国主义教育示范基地全部实行免费开放。博物馆免费开放后,许多展馆迎来了大客流,不同观众的观展需求与观展目的各不相同,对其进行分类从而细分达到分类讲解的目的势在必行。由于“观众”一词在不同场合有不同的定义,因此本文中的观众专指在展览讲解专业的定义,即实际进行参观和已经实施了参观的社会公
Analysis of Audience Categories The Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Culture and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage jointly issued the “Notice on Free Opening National Museums and Memorials” on January 23, 2008. According to the circular, all public museums, memorials and national patriotic education demonstration bases under the jurisdiction of cultural relics departments at all levels in the country have been fully liberalized. Different audiences have different requirements for the exhibition and have different purposes for the exhibition.
