球墨铸铁抗拉强度可达600~900MPa,采用文献中提供的铸造工艺,应用Algor进行有限元分析和Anycasting软件进行充型与凝固过程数值模拟相结合,探索一种制动鼓铸造工艺的分析方法。通过预先掌握其受力与变形的分布情况,结合充型与凝固过程特点,预先发现其充型和凝固缺陷,及时调整铸造工艺,保证铸件质量,缩短产品制造周期。
Ductile iron tensile strength up to 600 ~ 900MPa, using the casting process provided in the literature, the application of Algor finite element analysis and Anycasting software filling and solidification process numerical simulation combined to explore a brake drum casting process analysis . By pre-grasping the distribution of its force and deformation, combined with the characteristics of filling and solidification process, it is found that filling and solidification defects are found in advance, and the casting process is adjusted in time to ensure the quality of castings and shorten the manufacturing cycle.
