思想政治工作是我们党和社会主义国家的重要政治优势。随着经济的不断发展越发要重视对思想政治工作的重视,尤其是在新形势下做好广播电视台青年员工的思想政治工作。因为电视台是国家主要领导人恩进行讲话的重要场所,它关系到国家政治、经济以及文化生活各个方面的建设。其中青年员工是广播电视台的中坚力量,所以对于他们的思想政治教育显得尤为重要,只要让他们保持思想的积极向上,才能保证广播电视台的健康发展。
Ideological and political work is an important political advantage for our party and for the socialist countries. With the constant development of the economy, more attention should be paid to the ideological and political work, especially under the new situation, the ideological and political work of the young staff of radio and television stations should be well done. Because the television station is an important place where the key leaders of the country can speak, it is related to the building of the country’s political, economic and cultural life in all aspects. Among them, young employees are the backbone of radio and television stations. Therefore, it is particularly important for their ideological and political education.
