目的研究放射性粒子125I植入对正常家兔股动脉组织结构的影响。方法选健康新西兰家兔18只,使用信封法抽签随机选取家兔一侧后腿股鞘内切开直视下植入0.8mCi125I6个,按TPS计划设计股动脉的周边匹配剂量(MPD)为100~120Gy,90%的处方剂量(PD)集中在靠近粒子的股动脉血管壁局部,正常饲养4个月(核素125I的2个半衰期),4个月后处死家兔取出离粒子植入部位最近的股动脉,观察血管壁形态及进行镜下病理学观察。结果18只家兔手术均顺利完成,术后X线及TPS验证显示所选取股动脉受到设计照射剂量的照射,4个月后有15只存活(3只家兔死于与照射无关的其他原因),处死后取出研究选取部位血管段,大体学检查血管无变形、管径无缩小,内壁未见附壁血栓形成,镜下观察受试家兔的股动脉未见明显病理学改变。结论该实验剂量下放射性粒子125I对于正常血管的组织影响微小。
Objective To study the effect of 125I implantation on the femoral artery structure of normal rabbits. Methods Eighteen healthy New Zealand rabbits were enrolled. Envelope method was used to randomly select 0.8mCi125I6 implants in the hind legs of the rabbits under direct incision. The peripheral matching dose (MPD) of the femoral artery was 100 ~ 120Gy, 90% of the prescription dose (PD) concentrated in the femoral artery near the wall of the particle wall, normal feeding 4 months (two half-life of 125I nuclide 125I), 4 months after the rabbits were sacrificed from the particle implantation site The recent femoral artery, vascular wall morphology and pathological observation. Results Eighteen rabbits were performed successfully. X-ray and TPS showed that the selected femoral artery was exposed to the designed irradiation dose and 15 survived after 4 months (3 rabbits died of other causes unrelated to irradiation ). After sacrifice, the vascular segments of the selected sites were removed, no vascular deformation was observed, and the diameter of the vessel was not reduced. No mural thrombus was observed on the inner wall. No significant pathological changes were observed in the femoral artery of the rabbits under the microscope. Conclusion The 125I radioactive particles at this experimental dose have little effect on the normal blood vessels.
