目的:在确定金银花、连翘及其不同比例配伍下抗多药耐药性的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MDRMRSA)的总活性部位基础上,探讨金银花、连翘配伍后与单味药在抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分上的区别及意义。方法:将单味药及配伍后所得的总活性部位经大孔树脂柱色谱,分别用水和不同比例乙醇进行洗脱,将各洗脱部位采用微量稀释法进行体外抗菌实验,确定抗MDR-MRSA最优活性组分。结果:金银花抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分为40%乙醇洗脱部位,MIC(Minimal inhibitory concentration)为25.081 mg/m L,连翘抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分为30%乙醇洗脱部位,MIC为0.785 mg/m L,MBC(Minimal bactericidal concentration)为0.785 mg/m L。金银花和连翘配伍使用后抗MDR-MRSA的最优活性组分25%乙醇洗脱部位,MIC为0.783 mg/m L,MBC为0.783 mg/m L。结论:连翘抗MDR-MRSA的活性优于金银花,但二者配伍使用的作用略优于单味药。
Objective: To determine the total active site of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MDRMRSA) resistant to multidrug-resistant Lonicerae, Forsythia and their different proportions, The difference and significance of the best active components against MDR-MRSA. Methods: The total active fractions obtained from single herb and compatibility were eluted by macroporous resin column with water and different proportions of ethanol. Results: The optimal anti-MDR-MRSA activity of honeysuckle was 40% ethanol, the MIC was 25.081 mg / m L, and the optimal anti-MDR MRSA activity was 30% ethanol The elution site showed a MIC of 0.785 mg / m L and a minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of 0.785 mg / m L. The best active ingredient of anti-MDR-MRSA was eluted with 25% ethanol after the combination of honeysuckle and forsythia. The MIC was 0.783 mg / m L and the MBC was 0.783 mg / m L. Conclusion: The anti-MDR-MRSA activity of Forsythia suspensa is better than that of honeysuckle, but the combination of the two is better than single drug.
