随着高速机床的飞速发展,高速电主轴已成为决定高端数控机床发展的关键技术之一。论文分析了国内外高速电主轴的研究现状,阐述了研制高速电主轴的轴承、主轴电机及控制、润滑及冷却等关键技术。并对高速电主轴的发展方向给出了预测性分析。
With the rapid development of high-speed machine tool, high-speed spindle has become one of the key technologies that determine the development of high-end CNC machine tools. The paper analyzes the research status of high-speed electric spindles at home and abroad, and expounds the key technologies of developing high-speed electric spindle bearings, spindle motor and control, lubrication and cooling. The predictive analysis of the development direction of high speed electric spindle is given.
